HAICE Faucet supports overseas customers with faucet OEM / ODM manufacturing in China.
We work with faucet factories in China, coordinating product specifications, sampling, mass production, quality confirmation and lead-time management according to customer requirements.
Partner factory Senyongfa has an OEM supply track record for international brands including TOTO, and also produces for customers in North America and Europe.
We provide Chinese, Japanese, English and Korean communication support to help overseas customers work smoothly with faucet manufacturing in China.

About Partner Factory Senyongfa

Senyongfa was founded in Shenzhen in 2001 and manufactures sanitary hardware. It now produces at sites in Shenzhen and Huizhou, with more than 20 years in faucets and bathroom accessories.
Its registered capital is RMB 106 million, with 460+ employees and 50+ R&D and quality staff. The catalogue records 2022 revenue of about RMB 600 million.
Exports account for 95% of business, mainly to North America and Europe. In Japan, it has an OEM production track record with TOTO.

Quality Control
A five-stage quality system runs from design review through after-sales response.
- Product design: demand review, DFX review, FMEA, PPAP
- IQC: supplier assessment, material approval, MSA
- IPQC: first-article inspection, key-process control, discrepancy control, ECN, FMEA
- Shipment quality: OQC, OBA, nonconformance disposition
- Field quality: quality monitoring, RMA, ECR, complaint response, satisfaction surveys
- Testing: material composition and metallographic analysis, strength, plating thickness, salt spray, RoHS (third-party lab), life tests such as cartridge endurance, and functional tests
The Huizhou plant is a new facility that started operation in 2022 and currently runs at about 50% utilization, leaving ample capacity for new and large-scale orders.
Factory audits by Japanese customers can be accommodated. Product certification can also be arranged in advance in line with the regulations of each market.
